Instagram

PRODUCT DESIGNER • 2021 – '23

As part of a newly formed XFN team, I led product design for Instagram Reels monetization strategy. I helped test, develop, and evolve various consumer facing experiences. I led efforts in helping define our team's charter, goals, strategy, process, and roadmap. I also had the opportunity to work closely with Instagram's Shopping team, core Ads Experience team, and Facebook's Reels design team on org-level project.

Twitter

DESIGN DIRECTOR • 2018 – '21

I built, led, and managed a team of product designers, art directors, icon designers, illustrators, and program managers that aimed to evolve Twitter's design system and visual language. Collaborating closely with designers on the foundational, product features, and brand team, we introduced a series of principles, explorations, and solutions focused on new experiences across the app as well as foundational elements like color, typography, media, illustration, iconography, and more.

GQ

HEAD OF PRODUCT + DESIGN • 2015 – 2018

In my time leading GQ's product and design team, we redesigned and launched a new GQ.com that grew from 2MM to 18MM monthly uniques. We developed a new design and branding system and shipped several fashion and commerce-focused products in close partnership with GQ's engineering, editorial, and sales teams.

Condé Nast Entertainment

VP, PRODUCT + DESIGN • 2012 – 2015

I led design, product management, and product analytics for CNE. I grew the product and design team from myself to a team of eight. As one of the first members of CNE, I helped launch various video experiences for web, iOS, Roku, Xbox ONE, and AppleTV.

The work we did was developed for Condé's brands' platforms such as GQ, WIRED, Vanity Fair, The New Yorker, Vogue, and Bon Appetit.

Vevo

PRODUCT DESIGNER • 2009 – '12

As the first product designer at VEVO, I was responsible for the initial launch of the  VEVO brand, website, video player, and CMS. As the design team grew from myself to five designers, I worked closely with engineers and product managers on launching a new version of VEVO.com that focused on playlist creation, the Xbox LIVE and Roku app, and designs for early generations of iOS and Windows phone.

VISUAL DESIGNER • 2008 – 2009

I began my career as a visual designer at Huge. Learning what it meant to sweat the details and put the user first this early on in my career was priceless. Clients included ONE.org, JetBlue, American University, and Warner Music Group.
